EP Management & Consultancy Services is recruiting a Forensics Officer, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Gathering and substantiating of evidence and information
- Quality inspection at case closure stage
- Interviewing of witnesses and suspects
- Thoroughness/Legitimateness
- Analysing, Interpretation and use of information in case docket
- Use and application of evidence and leads
- Maintaining the Docket dairy
- Updating and maintaining of systems
- Timorousness, comprehensiveness and accuracy of notes, flags made on all applicable systems
- Manage judicial process
- Disciplinary process
- Maintain a good rapport with management and employers
- Manage Investigational findings ensuring accuracy at findings
- Ensure Investigational TAT & Recoveries, including raising fraud awareness
Requisites
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- High-level analytical and problem solving skills
- Gathering and Substantiating of Evidence and Information

- Matric and a tertiary education in the related field
- 4 Years Forensic experience or similar investigative experience
- A working understanding of the legislative framework surrounding investigations, e.g. Criminal Law
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Good interviewing skills
