Freight Forwarding Supervisor

Onstream is recruiting a Freight Forwarding Supervisor, to be based in Maputo.

Duties

• To provide assistance to the freight forwarding manager in a daily basis
• Replace the freight forwarding manager in his/her tasks when required (traveling, holidays, etc.)
• Assistance in the following tasks: document control, quotations, PFDA, freight booking, follow up custom clearance and delivery, invoicing, ship agency, husbandry, etc

Requisites

• 5+ years of experience in logistic (oil & gas as well as general cargo)
• Good knowledge of the logistics / custom clearance/ shipping/ freight forwarding, as well as of the mozambican environment (authorities, port, airport, despatchantes)
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• English fluent, written and spoken.
• Residenced in Maputo
