IBIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance and Administration Consultant to our Country Office in Mozambique. We are looking for a resourceful candidate with a well documented, proven track record of similar managerial position in an international NGO or from the donor sector in an African context.

Duties
The Head of Finance and Administration Consultant (HFA) will report directly to the Country Director of IBIS in Mozambique and will have the following main responsibilities:
- Implementation of the new Navision 2015
- Any financial issues related to the implementation
Requisites
- The successful candidate will have:
Academic degree in accounting and/or financial management (master level or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge and proven track record of similar consultancies or managerial position(s) for at least 3 years
- Experience from an international NGO or the donor sector
- Relevant working experience in Africa
- Fluency in written and oral English
- Fluency in written and oral Portuguese
Benefits
- Initial contract period: February 1, 2016 – June 30, 2016
- Consultancy fee: DKK 40,462.20 a month
- The consultant will pay any taxes deriving from the fee
- Further more IBIS offers free unfurnished housing, payment of outward and return travel as well as an insurance package
- The location of the post is in Maputo with a number of travels to other regions of Mozambique
