PRI is recruiting a Health Safety Environmental & Security Manager, to be based in Beira, Mozambique.
Duties
- Reporting on the performance of the HSES management processes and systems
- Develop, implement and maintain processes, guidelines and quality management system (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with HSES related legislation in the different countries, keep management informed of regulatory compliance matters
- Conduct regular and ad hoc risk assessments and HSES audits
- Design, maintain and implement all internal HSES guidelines
- Document all policies, objectives, processes, records and audits
- Inspect all firefighting and first aid equipment on an ongoing basis
- Drive training, safety briefings by managers and arrange drills
- Conduct root cause analysis for all accidents and review procedures
- Develop the annual budget recommendations and implement
- Design gate security and theft prevention procedures
- Be in charge of all CCTV and access control systems on premises
