Aldelia is recruiting a Health & Safety Officer (m/f), to be based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
Duties
- Ensure compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment Emergency Services (HSEES) Management Plans
- Support the Company’s Critical Hazard Management to ensure all critical risks are identified and effectively controlled
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Workforce Health, Safety & Environment Representatives
- Actively contribute to the HSEES audit process to ensure all non-compliances are identified and reported in a timely manner
Requisites
- Engineering degree
- NEBOSH International Diploma; NEBOSH International General Certificate and or SAMTRAC plus Environmental Engineering
- Previous operational experience in Health, Safety & Environment, preferable mining, construction or heavy industry
- Investigation Training Qualifications – Taproot, ICAM or equivalent
- Proven exposure to IMS of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards systems and processes
