Healthy, Safety and Environment Supervisor

Heading Moçambique is searching for a Healthy, Safety and Environment Supervisor, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.

Duties

• Responsible for reviewing the contractor HSE performance by inspecting, auditing and monitoring in order to improve overall HSE standards, ensuring strict compliance with the company’s HSE requirements and the adequate training of all personnel operating on site
• The Supervisor will also be the person responsible for the investigation of incidents and accidents, the issuing of prompt report and ensuring emergency preparedness, including ready-to-go conditions of fire trucks and ambulance

Requisites

• Technical Diploma
• Training in: Lifting and Lock-out-tag-out, Scaffolding Safety Management, Working at height, HAZOP & HAZID, BOSIET (offshore), Risk Management and JSA, Emergency Preparedness and Fire Fighting System, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), Waste Management, Fuel and Chemical Safety Management and Incident investigation
• 5-8 years of experience within HSE / experience in on\\offshore
• Intermediate knowledge of English
