PRI is recruiting a Hotel Manager, to be based in Palma, Mozambique.
Duties
- Coordinate teams ensuring the planning, implementation and development of strategic management policies of the company
- Develop and ensure the budget for the F&B
- Responsible for maintaining management control system
- Manage the resources available in order to maximize their profitability and control costs of operation
- Supervise the overall functioning of the unit and the service provided tp customers
- Define maintenance plans, specifying points of intervention, activities and timing
- Ensure that stock
- Represent the company for individuals, companies and institutions
- Collaborate with the Administration for develop the business and to continuously improve quality
- Define, adopt, disseminate and implement quality policy\'s, environment and safety
- Participate in defining marketing/sales/promotion policy\'s, such us prices, advertising, exploring new markets and services
- Exercises the Service Director position
Requisites
- Operating expertise
- Hotel Management (marketing, finance, f&b, front office, maintenance)
- Leadership ability
- Ability for organization and planning
- Knowlede of the Mozambican Law
- IT Literate
