Eazi Access Rental is recruiting a HR Administration and Recruitment Specialist (m/f), to be based in Matola, Mozambique.
Duties
- Job purpose: HR Administration, Recruitment, Policies and controls
- Personnel:
- Ensuring that new employees complete all relevant new engagement documentation, and that all is filed on the personal file
- Selection & Recruitment & Exit:
- Source, interview reference check, qualification screening
- Process all on boarding paperwork according to company standard
- Exit Management:
- Administer all relevant exit’s by ensuring forms is completed before exiting.
- Payroll Management:
- Accurate Reconciliation of Payroll 01 and Weekly Payroll. All relevant reporting of Payroll 01 and Weekly Payroll
- Weekly & Monthly reports – e.g O? T, Leave and Checklists
- Training Records:
- Updating of all employee training records
Requisites
- HR qualification advantageous
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese, essential
