Aldelia is recruiting a HR Administrator Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Maintain employee records both soft and hard copies
- Update HR database (new hires, vacations, sick leaves, individual files)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus
- Process Employee requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and Seminars
- Keep track of all HR Processes
- Keep all Employee Personal Files Updated
- Manage HR correspondence with other departments
- Assist in keeping records of employee trainings
- Administer all physical HR folders
- Prepare letters to relevant government institutions, such as requests for clearance certificates to the Revenue Authority and Social Security
- Draft Employment Contracts (Locals and Expats)
Requisites
- Degree in Law, Human Resources, Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in English (an advantage)
