Aldelia is recruiting an Integrity Engineer (m/f), to be based in Inhambane, Mozambique.
Duties
- Prepare, enact, enable, monitor and verify the integrity management systems (Wells, Pipelines & CPF)
- Lead and conduct the RBI reviews
- Lead and coordinate the integrity KPI in the areas of pressure vessels, flowlines
- Lead and support the implementation of the coating inspections
- Championing the Pipe Integrity Management System (PIMS) implementation
- Championing the review of the Integrity Management Program and other PIMS requirement tools
- Build the asset integrity history and implement lessons learned from that history
- Coordinate the fitness for purpose assessments to determine & correct anomalies related to pressure vessels, pipeline and structural equipment integrity
- Formulate and implement appropriate remedial actions to Legal Requirements non-conformances
- Ensure relevant processes and procedures are followed by the incumbent, discipline areas pertaining to asset integrity
- Custodian of the IQ process and Registers for anomaly management – management and continuous improvement
- Manage and approve integrity remedial work performed by SPT or contractors
- Coordinate and ensure Work Management to preventative and corrective asset integrity work
- Monitors the QA/QC of Inspection reports to ensure they meet the intent to update RBI system and database
- Ensure and develop the training requirements for integrity needs according to the required competencies
- To provide integrity input to new projects as required
Requisites
- Bachelors on Eng. Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical
- Process Safety, Risk-Based Inspections, NDT’s, Fitness for Purpose Assessments, Release Reduction in HC Leaks
- Technical knowledge of integrity management in pressure, structural and pipeline equipment
- Accomplished within the integrity related disciplines (inspection, corrosion control and mitigation within the oil/gas production industry)
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Industry Guidance & Best Practice (API, ASME, OSH Act)
- Working knowledge of MS office products and other integrity management software (PCMS and PIMSlider)
