Plexus Mozambique, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Plexus Cotton Group Of Companies is hiring a Interim Finance Manager to be bases in Pemba.
Duties
- To develop a consistent set of financial reporting for Mozambique, which is in line with the templates developed by Group
- To establish a detailed set of KPIs for each part of the business – Smallholder farming, Commercial Farming and Cotton Processing ( Ginning ), and property management
- To establish data collection mechanisms to drive the KPIs
- To establish detailed “project management” reporting on the numerous initiatives being driven with this this business
- To work with the existing Finance Director and Managing Director
Requisites
- Qualified accountant with at least 2-3 years industry experience (IDEAL)
- Experience in manufacturing sector and of reporting relevant management information to local and Group management (MANDATORY)
- Experience of developing the data sources and reporting of operational and financial
- KPIs at an operating company level (MANDATORY)
- Project management experience – ideally as part of small team (IDEAL)
- Fluent Portuguese and English , written and spoken ( MANDATORY)
- Resilient and tenacious with track record of delivering (IDEAL)
