Labour Relations Advisor (m/f)

Duties

• Support with engagement with Governmental authorities and institutions on immigration and Labour related issues; (Labour, Immigration; Social Security and Tax Authority)
• Ensure that all documentation related to meetings and government engagement is properly stored and acted upon
• Support the preparation and implementation of the Engagement plan and monitor changes in the labor and immigration law and also changes in government stakeholders
• Support in the implementation of Immigration strategy and plans with; Midstream and Upstream Operators on immigration and labor relations issues
• The main interface for national unions and labor inspections
• Support the negotiations of industry labor standards and minimum wages

Requisites

• Degree in Human Resources and/or Management
• English and Portuguese fluent
• Experience in contact with local authorities relevant to the implementation of the project with a wide range of foreign employees
• Experience in general HR management and stakeholder engagement
