Maintenance Manager

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Maintenance Manager, to be based in Tete.

Duties

• Manage the mining mobile equipment maintenance area
• Manage the mining mobile equipment maintenance area
• Strategy definition aiming compliance with the goals
• Proceed with analyze and diagnose of the mining mobile equipment failure
• Ensure compliance of the scheduled corrective and preventative maintenance
• Conduct the interface among the maintenance area and mining operation
• Ensure availability of main and auxiliary equipment for the compliance of the production commitment
• Ensure quality continue improvement through the establishment/consolidation of the its programs
• Budget management for the mining mobile equipment area
• Establish and ensure Operational Procedure within your area

Requisites

• Experience in maintenance of mine operational equipment
• At least 5 years experience in field
• Able to communicate in both English and Portuguese
