Energy Works is recruiting a Manager Training & Consultancy in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
Training
- Manage and undertake Training Needs assessments for clients
- Development of Training Plans
- Preparation of Technical Pedagogical documents, including manuals, assessment of training materials
- Organization of the entire training provision process: recruitment of trainers, identification of trainees, preparation of schedules and timetables, training monitoring and supervision
- Ensure that training always takes place in accordance with the identified requirements
- Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement actions resulting from the monitoring process
- Issuance of training certificates
- Preparation of Evaluation Reports
- Support the Commercial Department in preparing proposals
Consulting
- Preparation of technical proposals
- Ensure the implementation of the awarded proposals with the customers
- Organization of the entire consultation process: recruitment and selection of consultants, preparation of schedules and timetables, monitoring and quality control, meeting swith consultants and customers
- Develop the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, OHSAS 18001, transform into processes and provide technical assistance with implementation
- Assist the company in the implementation of standards in view of respective certification
- Design, plan and develop protection prevention measures and measures for company improvement
- Participate in the organization of work
- Conduct internal audits of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at Work
Requisites
- Master\'s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Biotechnology, Safety, Biology, ..)
- Specialisation in Health and Safety and Health at Work / Quality Management / Environmental Management
- Training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, NEBOSCH..etc
- Training in Internal Audit
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Proven experience with the implementation and preparation of companies for certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, OSHAS 18001 or international standards in different business areas
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a trainer
