Mashova is recruiting a HR Manager, to be based in Nacala-a-Velha, Mozambique.
Duties
- Managing payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, personnel, disciplinary hearings, preparing and delivering reports, basic administration, INSS, IRPS, IVA and monthly submissions
- Ensure consistent application of all relevant labour legislation to ensure risk is appropriately managed
Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Extensive knowledge regarding the Mozambican Labour Law
- Computer literate on MS Office and Pastel will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Must reside in Nacala
- Valid Driver’s licence
