Mechanical Supervisor

Capital Outsourcing Group is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor for Maputo.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment
• Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of machinery and applying knowledge from past experience
• Implementation of management methods
• Carry out \"target agreements\" with employees based on own targets and demand those as per the agreed timetable
• Responsibility for securing the internal standards (keeping info-corner up-to-date, explanatory notes for news)
• Responsibility for complying with the local regulations (work safety, environment, securing safe loading)
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Requisites

• Knowledge and skilled in welding, reading isometrics, flow diagrams, piping Xrays, pressure testing, flushing, pickling, ducting measuring tolerances, axial, radial
• Previous working knowledge and experience in welding is necessary
• Fluent in Portuguese and knowledge English
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Hardworking, flexible and good team player
