Description

• Occupational Health physicians provides preventive measures that ensure healthcare of employee at workplace, by striving to guarantee all health standards are met in effort to safeguard employee well-being in corporate. He works toward maximizing employee productivity and reduce absenteeism at workplace to enhance healthier working environment

Duties

• Monitoring employee’s health status
• Treating employee injuries and illness including follow ups and referrals
• Observe employee health situations and recommend suitable treatments
• Observing and assessing the work environment for potential dangerous and hazard
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs for employee fitness
• Prepare employee diagnostic reports monthly to be submitted to HR department
• Perform other activities related to employee health at work place
• Liaise with HSEQ managers to address work-related health hazard/diseases
• Documenting all employee injuries and illness within the workplace
• Counseling employees on physical and mental health issues and guiding them toward employee assistance program
• Serving as gatekeeper for healthcare services, including rehabilitations and disability matters

Requisites

• Degree in Medicine/related graduate-level educations
• Registered and authorized by the legal entity (OrMM) as practitioner in the country
• At least three years of experience as Generalist in health system
• Clinical experience in occupational medicine will be preferable
• Capable to liaise with all local Hospitals for treatments follow up
• Availability to work 3 days per week. The period might be adjusted as per circumstances
