Skillshare International is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultancy, to be based Maputo.
Duties
- Will produce data that will evidence the extent to which the intended outcomes have been achieved
- Produce data that will evidence the extent to which unintended outcomes have been achieved
- Produce information and data required for regular reporting to the donor
- Produce data and information about the learning from this programme
- Produce data that will inform replication and recommendations for future work
Requisites
- Experience and knowledge of MEL, related to the programme in Mozambique
- Experience working with PLHIV
- Masters degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation and results based performance
- Experience in survey design, assessment tools, conducting key informant interviews and focus group discussions
- Ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise information from a number of sources
- Ability to work in and manage a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Cultural and gender sensitivity
