Network & IT Field Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Installation and commissioning of IT network and components
• Development support through test and validation of software solutions in network environment
• System documentation
• Service interventions for preventive and correctional hardware maintenance
• Training of client’s staff
• Customer support via hotline

Requisites

• Degree in the field of applied computer science or practical experience
• Experienced knowledge for server systems and backup systems
• Experience with Microsoft server operating systems, backup software and database management systems
• Good knowledge of English is required
• Conversational skills, willingness to learn and independent approach to work
• Accuracy, flexibility to travel around the country and abroad
• Team player
