Network Support Supervisor (m/f)

Duties

• Supervise and monitor network transactions
• Supervise the availability of all services
• Ensure smooth operation of devices (Proxys)
• Write processes and ensure they are implemented with partners
• Provide technical support to the wholesaler in order to collect and address issues
• Take direct action or escalate the incident for resolution
• Follow up on requests and their addressing until resolution
• Ensure real-time availability of support
• Ensure support
• Provide for configuration during the deployment of a partner
• Coach and support the partner on its configurations
• Supervise the training
• Ensure Coach and support the partner on its configurations
• Supervise the training
• Ensure availability of the SIMs of each department
• Ensure availability of the APKs for each department
• Provide for configuration of devices (Proxys)
• Ensure availability of the Uvs for each department

Requisites

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related area
• Solid knowledge of Network and Telecom Architecture
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills
• Compliance with deadlines and procedures
• Team player
