Offshore Planning Engineer (m/f)

Duties

• Report to the Senior Offshore Planning in Maputo
• Liaise with On-board planner for day-to-day schedule control activities and Offshore Planning team in Paris for the update of Schedules
• Ensure the transition of the planning activity during offshore planner rotation
• Coordinate with the multi-discipline onshore support Team located in Maputo and Pemba
• Level 5 progress calculation weekly update
• Support KPI preparation
• Support the preparation of 4 WLA from Level 3/4 Schedule (P6) (sequence & logic changes , move data date every day)
• Follow-up of Material vs offshore Site Requirement
• Participate to internal coordination meetings
• Ensure interfaces with "In country Logistic" activities

Requisites

• Completed Superior Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area
• Proficient in scheduling/progress methodology and tools (P6 is a must/MS Project is a plus)
• Good communication skills and relationship working in an international and multi-cultural environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• English spoken and written
