PRI is recruiting a Operations Manager, to be based in Beira and Maputo.
Duties
- The Operations Manager will work closely with Franchisees and Management team in Mozambique in growing the business and overall brand
- The position requires someone with a strong operations management background, with experience preferably in a food retail environment or franchising environment
- The position requires hands on management and strong negotiation skills as well as stakeholder management skills
Requisites
- The applicant should have the necessary communication skills and be proficient in both Portuguese and English
- Maintenance of Franchisor Brand standards
- Provision of expertise and advice in the areas of operational execution and financial management
- Supporting of franchisees through formal business planning processes and conducting business reviews
- Maintaining proper relations with all Stakeholders
- Supplier management
