Aldelia Mozambique is recruiting an Organizational Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Implement Company’s organizational structure development, review and updates on a monthly basis
- Ensure organizational chart reflect positions within the budgeted Manpower Plan
- Prepare the relevant Company notices and verifying the compliance with the competent units in the Head Office
- Circulate internal communications to the line Managers and all employees with regards to the adoption of MSGs, revisions, and annexes
- Manage the archive of received and adopted MSGs and reports
- Prepare and update HR policies and procedures and ensure the internal communication
- Provide general HR Advisory support
- Monitor changes in Mozambican labour legislation and developing relevant actions due to these changes
- Compliance (audit; 231 and internal audit)
Requisites
- University degree in Human Resources, Law or related science
- Microsoft Office (In design, Photoshop. Illustrator, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and proactive spirit
- Fluent in the Portuguese and English language (verbal and written)
