Parts Supervisor

Duties

• Do a good job in the 6S of the parts warehouse with high standards
• Absolute accuracy of parts entering and leaving the warehouse
• Absolute accuracy of parts inventory
• The above accuracy and efficiency are directly linked to wages

Requisites

• Priority will be given to those who have managed auto parts warehouses (more than three years)
• Priority will be given to those who have managed Chinese commercial vehicle parts warehouses
• Priority will be given to those who are familiar with Chinese commercial vehicles and parts
• Proficient in English listening and speaking, with a standard accent
• A basic understanding of Chinese, understanding Chinese labels, and being able to input Chinese characters on a computer are huge plus points and great competitiveness, and are skills that must be mastered at work.
• Those who have a foundation and are willing to learn are also welcome
• Good at warehouse 6S management and standardized management. The interview will require the use of 6S pictures of warehouses that have been managed in the past
• Team management skills
• Good at thinking and the ability to solve problems independently
• Willing to learn, enterprising and responsible, and courageous to accept challenges
• The salary structure is: basic salary plus performance appraisal bonus. There is no upper limit on the salary of excellent people
