Denys is recruiting a Personal Assistant/ Administrational, to be based in Moamba, Mozambique.
Duties
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Handling Correspondences, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Assisting in the accountancy
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Translating documents from English to Portuguese, typing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, booking transport and accommodation for overseas visits/international visitors
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Requisites
- Qualifications and training required: Secretarial degree/training or degree in languages, Secretarial studies, Business, Administration
- The position requires proven tracks in IT, customer service or administrational environment. Relevant experience in an international construction environment an asset
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages, Good knowledge of Excel is a necessity
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- Secretarial Skill
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible, professional-level experience in secretary, assistant, budgeting or closely related work experience
- Good level in Portuguese and English (good working knowledge, reading, speaking, writing) is required
