PRI is recruiting a Personal Assistant, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Manage the agenda of the directors with efficiency, scheduling e certifying that all meetings and deadlines are attended
- Type presentations, documents, letters and correspondence when needed
- Make and receive calls daily
- Attend to visitors from the reception and redirect them
- Prepare teas and ensure the lunches for the exco- members are served on time on daily basis
- Book accommodation and flights for the directors when needed
- Apply visas and ensure the passports are within the validity period, as well assist in the renewal of them
- Manage all travel arrangements for employees in other countries when necessary
- Provide all secretarial services for the board members
- Receive daily supervision from the directors and CEO
- Consolidate group reports
Requisites
- 12th Grade
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of secretarial experience
- Good presentation
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
