Aldelia is recruiting a PPA Project Specialist Integrated Resources and PLA Manager (m/f), to be based in Temane, Mozambique.
Duties
- Pro-actively identify, prevent and or mitigate Supplier IR risks
- Communication and facilitate alignment on the Programme IR Procedure, the PLA and relevant labour law to
- Suppliers and other internal and external Stakeholders
- Obtain internal mandate and lead Union PLA negotiations as required
- Ensure inclusion of the Programme IR Procedure, the PLA and other relevant procedures into the Programme
- Scope of Work and RFQ documentation and processes, and lead the Programme on the IR discipline during these processes
- Provide input and lead the Programme Management in the IR discipline where applicable through the Programme Business Development and Implementation Model (BD&I)
- Provide information on regional labour and skills availabilities and labour cost trends to the Programme Management
- Monitor Supplier IR performance through regular compliance checks and audits, and facilitate consistent consequence management if applicable
- Pro-actively identify industrial relations risks, develop and implement mitigation actions and plans
- Develop and implement a programme strike management plan
- Support Programme Management in situations of industrial action like work stoppages and strikes
Requisites
- University Bachelor's Degree
- 8-10 years working experience in capital project delivery, in an IR, HR or similar capacity
