Project Manager Assistant

Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our project management team, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery. From coordinating schedules to assisting with documentation and communication, the Project Manager Assistant plays a crucial role in optimizing project workflows and facilitating effective collaboration

Duties

• Assist the Manager in planning, executing, and tracking project progress
• Accurately compile and timely submit internal monthly reports, including benchmarks, client profiles, KPIs, and other relevant metrics
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate project records
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to craft communication content
• Manage leads and track progress on projects through organized systems
• Stay informed about industry advancements and competitor products
• Write Tender (develop a template), Terms of Reference (ToR), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
• Identify new business opportunities
• Engage with potential customers
• Follow up with prospect, clients, and partners

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Languages: English and Portuguese - French is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Networking skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Aptitude for performing well both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting
