• The vacancy position is at Pam Golding Properties-Mozambique
• Employment Terms: Permanent with an initial probation period of a minimum of 3 months. Region: Maputo, Mozambique

Duties

• To satisfy the needs of buyers and sellers through an efficient marketing and negotiation of property transactions, and to achieve maximum perceived value for money for clients, and realistic returns for Pam Golding Properties-Mozambique
• Key Deliverables:
• Acquisition of stock; selling & Letting mandates within the market
• Selling and Letting of properties
• Coordinating open/show days for potential clients to view property
• Client liaison and communication
• Marketing and Advertising
• Administration and documentation of all relevant data to a property

Requisites

• Previous working experience in the Real Estate Industry an added advantage
• A comprehensive knowledge of the area
• Computer Proficiency (MS Office Applications)
• The interested applicants must have their own cell phone, Laptop & a Car for ease of transport
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Energetic & Enthusiastic
• Ability to work in a busy pressurized environment
• Planning and Organizational skills
• Integrity
• Be sales & service oriented with a friendly & courteous demeanor
