Aldelia is recruiting a QHSE Supervisor (m/f), to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
Duties
- Follow organized QHSE trainings
- Report any non- identified risk
- Comply with internal QHSE standards
- Report any non-conformity, customer complaint, and supplier & sub-contractor non-conformity
- Lead the implementation of the QHSE system for the company
- Manage the QHSE documentation according to company’s holding standard, follow-up overall QHSE Policy, Procedure and Work Instructions
- Plan, Organize and perform Audits according to International standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 :2004, OHSAS 18001 :2007)
- Plan, Organize and perform Supplier’s evaluations according to International standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 :2004, OHSAS 18001 :2007)
- Coordinate to ensure to follow, collect and report the latest standards and regulatory requirements that applies in Mozambique
- Oversee on-site QHSE coordinators actions, collect targets and measured performances, and report them
- Organize QHSE Leadership meetings
- Manage the continuous improvement process for the company
- Send weekly report to the company’s holding department
- Report QHSE performances and issues to company’s holding department
- Monitor the progress of the QHSE General action plan
Requisites
- At least 2 years of experience in this field
- Customer and supplier’s services orientation
- O&G industry main requirements for people assistance and transportation
- QHSE certification process
- QHSE management system
- Site and vendor audits
- HSE trainings
- First aid training
- Firefighting training
