Aldelia is recruiting a Receptionist (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the business
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Perform duties such as document filing, photocopying, transcribing
- Ensue that the reception area is safe and clean
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Upload letters and correspondences to Live link
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to Visitors or co – workers
- Monitor the visitor’s logbook
- Update calendars, schedule meetings and ensure the meeting rooms are tidy
Requisites
- Education: High School equivalent (Business school training a plus)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years relevant administrative experience required, in a multi-national company as preference requirement. At least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, or similar role
- Skills required: Computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Strong interpersonal and communication skills – strong collaborator and excellent coordination skills; Ability to work effectively with other departments, under pressure, delivering services with quality and on time
- Language: Fluent in English and Portuguese
