Returns Supervisor

Capital Outsourcing is recruiting a Returns Supervisor, to be based Matola.

Duties

• Coordination and control of returns, reconditioning and maintenance activities, storage of material in yard, customer returns as per company standards
• Plan daily routine of returns and reconditioning teams
• Comply with the storage rules in the company and packaging order of equipment
• Timely recondition return material
• Ensure proper flow of information with documents and reconditioning standard times
• Active service scheduling and maintenance of tools for reconditioning department (cranes, welding machines, compressors and small tools)
• Implement daily production measurement system through coordination with the yard manager to benchmark production times for each work station
• Motivate and train yard employees to utilize safe ergonomic workstations
• Provide feedback to yard manager
• Assist other yard departments when needed

Requisites

• Grade 12
• Technical training favorable
• First-aid training
• Practice in operating forklift, slewing and portal cranes
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• knowledge of handling and maintaining light machines and equipment
• Experience in construction and logistic
• 3 years supervisory experience in a yard, inventory or warehouse management
• Microsoft Office package
• Good English skills
• Certificate of forklift
