Capital Outsourcing Group is hiring a Sales Manager for Maputo.
Duties
- Managing the sales Department
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Coaching Sales people
- Handling customer complaints
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Working to improve your sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge
- Reviewing the entire inventory daily
- Increasing sales of the company's products
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
Requisites
- Relevant Sales experience is required
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good IT, budget, administration and report writing skills
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Good appearance
