Safintra is recruiting a Sales Manager, to be based in Matola, Mozambique.
Duties
- Ensuring the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans which contribute to the overall business objectives
- Assist with the development of new products/markets within the Safal group and Safintra Mozambique vision for growth and diversification
- Developing the Southern Regional market of Mozambique
- Focus on sound customer relationship management and fostering the development of new clients
- Maintain current stakeholders and foster the development of new business stakeholders
- Support business management whilst identifying, building and retaining opportunities & relationships
- Monitoring & developing sales staff
- Complying with established controls and authority levels in the scope of the function
- Part of the Safintra Mozambique Management Team
Requisites
- A degree-level qualification (In Sales or Marketing management)
- At least 5 years' experience in sales management
- Sound knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of business & people strategies
- Excellent leadership vision and financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability to work in a culturally diversified organisation
- Ability to speak English and Portuguese
