Salesman (m/f)

Duties

• Coordinate and support local agents on selling and marketing, to develop new distribution channel and new project; mainly develop distribution channel in Maputo and mainly develop new project in Beira
• To monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• To prepare, plan and conduct market activities
• Source and develop client referrals. To respond to sale inquiries and concerns through phone calling or in person
• To maintain good client relationship and enhance their satisfactions to our products and services
• Respond to LESSO headquarter about your work progress and follow-up project on weekly basis

Requisites

• Bachelor degree or above
• Familiarity with local market, with at least 1-year experience on pipeline & associated building material selling
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Local college student（Confucius Institute）has priority to choose

Notes

• Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 MZn/month（about RMB2500-3500） + 20,000 MZn/month（about RMB2500/Month） for traffic subsidy (reimbursement by invoices and receipt) +1% sales commission
