Deloitte is recruiting a Senior Consultant (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Tax Compliance Review
- Estimating and tracking tax returns
- Completing regular (quarterly and annual) tax reports
- Conducting Tax Due Diligence
- Conducting research on tax laws
- Strategizing with clients to minimize tax liability
- Communicating with clients to explain tax issues
- Keeping clients compliant with their tax obligations
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
Requisites
- Proven work experience in Tax (Minimum of 5 years)
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Keen attention to detail
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or relevant subject
