Aldelia is recruiting a Senior Training & Development Advisor (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Support the improvement of the productivity of the organization's employees
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to train, enhance performance and recognize performance
- Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
- Manage the submission of the forecasts and analysis of the past and current training processes to the management team, indicating the areas of development, critical issues, and proposing possible solutions
- Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Manage the training needs, requirements and programs
- Develop links with local and national educational institutes
- Manage the liaison with line managers on training needs and staff post training placement
- Develop, follow-up and maintain annual Training budgets and management of the correct deployment of Training budget expenditure/cost control
- Provide assessment of training requirements, identification and evaluation of training alternatives
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of the team and the HR staff
- Coordinate the execution of the performance appraisal process for personnel in accordance with the internal procedures and ensuring a fair approach
- Coordinate the execution of the Objective Setting process in accordance with the internal procedures and ensuring the top down cascade within the Company
- Monitor and review performance against development targets
- Support the implementation of the Career Plan
Requisites
- Bachelors/Honours in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or Administration Business
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
