African Trading Group is recruiting a Site Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
Duties
- Manage +- 60 Employees
- Salary negotiable – depending on experience and qualifications
- Manage all site related activities for the Project internally and
- Externally with the Client and Sub Contractors
- Provide Reports to the Client and Head Office timeously
- Maintain realistic installation programme and report deviations and cost implications
- Manage Site Interface with Client
- Manage all access requirements and issues
- Liaise with PM to ensure continuation of SOW/Client and HO
- Manage Coordination and Integration
- Report Disruptions and Delays to PM & GMS
- Manage all Permit Applications and related documentation
- Manage all Pre-Installation Documentation
- Report actions required for changes to Installation sequence
- Represent Company in Client Meetings
- Record and Action deviations from schedule
- Record daily progress
- Manage HR and IR on site
- Manage Plant & Equipment
- Liaison with suppliers
Requisites
- Must be able to speak, read and write Portuguese and English.
- Relevant Qualifications
- Management Experience
