Soft Skills Trainer

Duties

• Candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, challenging and transferable seminars and workshops to our clients
• Be able to interact with the trainees
• Be able to read and assess the trainees
• Develop Training Programs that is suitable according to the level of the Trainees

Requisites

• Have a professional background
• Have extensive experience in delivering training
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering either communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills
• Are confident delivering training in Portuguese and English
• Have a committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client
