Spare Parts Manager (m/f)

Duties

• Order handling. Handle spare parts service requirements, application and entitlement in iCare system timely, and tracks order status
• Inventory planning. According to the safety stock requirements, arrange the good parts replenishment in time, and arrange the LSP/warehouse administrator to return the redundant good parts and faulty parts to HQ in time
• Warehousing. Handle spare inbound and outbound ，and manage the environment, process, and EHS of the spare parts warehouse
• Subcontractor management. Manage the spare parts warehouse environment and delivery performance of logistics service providers, managed service subcontractors, or self-managed spare parts warehouses, push the improvement of unqualified items, and ensure that spare parts delivery meets SLA requirements
• Stocktaking. Organize physical stocktaking on time, and clear discrepancies to ensure consistency between accounts and actuals and between accounts. In addition, review the financial results and audit results

Requisites

• Bachelor's degree or above 1 years planning or logistic experience
• With work experience of supply chain, International trade, logistics or information technology is preferred
• Be able to take multi-task and be good at prioritize and focus on goal and team work
• Good interpersonal &communication skills and strong executive capability with high result orientation
• Good written & verbal command of English
• Good command in computer skills
• Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills and Self-motivated and can handle pressure at all levels
