Supermarket Manager

PRI is recruiting a Supermarket Manager, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Duties

• Develop business strategies to raise customers traffic, and optimize profitability
• Attain sales target and financial objectives of the supermarket
• Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
• Oversee receiving orders and stock control
• Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees
• Oversee the future and present requirements by customers

Requisites

• Proven experience in Retail Management
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes
• Ability to manage other staff members
• Good IT and accounting proficiency
• Good leadership skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
