I am a professional with a degree in management and with +4 years of proven experience in human resources area, namely in the recruitment and selection process, human resources administration, database management, individual processes; resolving labor disputes and disciplinary procedures; Knowledge of Mozambican labor legislation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google as user's perspective. During my career journey I had experiences with: Payroll, Social security process, recruitment, employee file management, definition of policies and procedures, disciplinary matters, deal with any employee grievance, Performance review, new employee orientation and work permit and visa's renewal and general admin tasks. I am able to perform tasks without direct supervision and ready to respond to a team with more than 100 workers.
