
Wilder Manejo (CIPP & CISM) is a degree in Economics & Management from Catholic University of Mozambique, with more than eleven years’ experience in senior positions amongst Human Resources Management and Procurement Functions. During his professional career, Wilder Manejo coordinated the implementation of human resources and administration activities which included: ensuring effective compliance to internal policy & Procedures; Talent acquisition, Training and Management; Performance Management; Employee Recording and database; Compensation & Benefits Management; Industrial Relations; legally advise line managers and employees; ensure that performance evaluations are conducted timeously and according to company global process; ensure discipline and attendance of the employees; promote communication between management and staff, as well as ensuring the interests of both parties are safeguarded.
