Lead and oversee the IT Operations department which encompasses 5 domains (Software Operations, Customer Products & Services Ops, Corporate Applications Ops, Infrastructure Ops and CVM, BigData & Analytics Ops), ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement. Manage and direct the IT Ops team, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. Implement changes to improve system reliability, business efficiency and ultimately drive cost savings. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT Ops services with business objectives/goals.
In this role, I am dedicated exclusively to operational oversight. This pivotal position revolves around orchestrating and optimizing the entire spectrum of Corporate Applications operations. Tasked with the fundamental responsibility of establishing and fortifying the operational foundation, the role emphasizes the coordination and administration of all activities within the Corporate Applications domain (CRM’s, ERP’s, contact center solution, Office IT Networks, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Payroll, RPA solutions, IT Service Desk services and other business support systems). The primary aim is to ensure an unparalleled customer experience across the enterprise through relentless focus on operational efficiency and seamless functionality. With an acute focus on delivering high availability of platforms, applications, and services, this role necessitates eradicating Shadow IT and Shadow Operations while enforcing end-to-end ownership. Moreover, managing call-out services for critical systems, overseeing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Technical Recovery Planning (TRP) activities, and ensuring the proficient operation of the IT Helpdesk service are key facets of this role.
