I have excellent technical background, knowledge, skills and experience in the formulation, design, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, leadership and management of integrated programs/projects such as Nutrition, Health, Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihood, Education, Protection/GVB/Child Protection and general NFI Distribution. I have more than 12 years of experience in senior leadership and management of humanitarian, recovery and development programs with excellent ability in developing and managing budgets and project timelines, and with large experience in leading a multicultural team of profession, working in a cross-cultural environment, working in fragile contexts and hard to reach areas, and with ability to manage and motivate staff. I have great skills in conceptualization and development of new programs leading fundraising and donor engagement, ensuring effective management of grants in accordance with donor requirements, supporting the program implementation teams with issues related to program delivery and quality, and overseeing program monitoring, evaluation and learning activities and accountability to affected populations with good experience and skills in mainstreaming cross-cutting issues such as Nutrition and Gender & Protection, Food Security, Health, Wash, Education; HIV/AIDS, Livelihood; Environment, Climate Change and Resilience Programming.
