
I am a HR Assistant/ Learning and Development Officer with over 2 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. During my time in the field, I have developed a strong understanding of the methods and strategies needed to successfully identify candidates, Staff development, and manage development careers. I am responsible to support the empowerment and development of our staff in their work to respond to operational goals and needs, and also to improve the performance and development opportunities for our staff, thereby significantly contributing to improving the quality of care and the motivation and retention of our staff. I am currently working at MSF as Learning and Development Officer/HR Assistant responsible to provide strategic and functional expertise and advice in Learning & Development, with the aim to plan and apply processes and activities that foster the development of a diverse and competent workforce to achieve the missions operational goals effectively. I am a creative thinker and an excellent problem solver with a passion for developing and implementing innovative Recruitment and Retention strategies. I am comfortable working independently and as part of a team and have a strong commitment to collaboration and open communication. I am also well-versed in grant writing and have been responsible for preparing and submitting applications for a variety of funding sources.
