Summary
I am a highly skilled HR professional with over 9 years of experience. I am currently working as a Learning and Development Manager in a company that employs over 4 000 workers at peak, 550 of which are permanent. I am responsible for the designing and implementation of a business wide learning and development strategy linked to the business strategy to deliver today's and tomorrow's competency needs. I have worked as Acting Talent Manager, where I was responsible for the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of top talents. I have also worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Manager, responsible for change management and talent management in a business wide transformation project, which included a business restructuring, where I was responsible for workforce transition. I am currently looking for new challenges where I can contribute for the growth of a business/company, broaden my skills and progress in my career.
