As a public health professional and with the experience in developing training manuals, conducting training, budgeting, project planning and development. I have about 3 years of working experience in the field of public health including planning, training, supervision, monitoring, evaluation, health logistics, child health , nutrition, research related to reproductive, maternal and neonatal health at International & National Non-Governmental Organization. I have good experience in training management, training manual development and training planning along with project management, advocacy and operational research which includes coordination with government and different NGOs and INGO. Regarding my skills and competencies, I have a good theoretical insight as well as adequate practical and field exposure in key managerial issues-planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. I have good skills in developing proposal and preparing reports, writing research papers as I have produced some of the field reports as well as conducted a research on my own. In addition I have received various trainings related to child health and nutrition i.e IYCF, MIYCN, CB-IMNCI. I can easily communicate in English and have working knowledge of Portuguese. I also have computer skills to handle Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and data management software (SPSS, Epi Data, EPI Info and STATA).
