Graduated in Social Science and Public Administration and Post- Graduate in Rural Development from Eduardo Mondlane.I have experience of over 10 years working on inclusive development, including community engagement and social behavior change policy reform, gender responsive public services, democratic governance, human rights, oversighting and follow up development cooperation programs in Mozambique, acquired in the exercise of different positions in national and international organizations. I have strong experience on working with community empowerment, parliament, government departments, civil society organizations, at all levels; stablish multi-stakeholders’ platforms, participating in clusters, use of participatory approach for social changes. Good communication skills, networking engagement experience with high political levels, community and different levels of stakeholder engagement, Strong capacity to establish, facilitate learning and knowledge platforms, good skills on impact report, documentation and dissemination of information; Additionally, I have good knowledge on, main governance and human rights and humanitarian instruments as well as participated in different levels of dialogue space for lobby and advocacy actions at local, national, regional and international levels.
