Summary
I have recently joined the Cycling History Cities Research Project (https://www.cyclingcities.info/your-city-next/cycling-cities-maputo-experience/) as a junior researcher to support the Maputo cycling city Experience Chapter. Before joining Quelimane City Council I gained experience in civil society based organizations in the field of human right and worked on topics of gender based violence. Besides, my academic background is in social science. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the Catholic University of Mozambique and a master’s degree from the University of Magallanes in Chile. As a Mozambican, I am very excited to work with the Cycling History Cities Research Project by supporting the implementation of Mobility alternatives to cycling actions in the Mozambique. I am looking forward to working for transport decarburization policies.
